Description: The purpose of the CSBC, Inc. Laymen’s Auxiliary is to meet the demands which God and the Church impose upon us. To strongly support our Pastors and the vision God has given them. Our mission is to enlist and coordinate the manpower of the local congregation for effective performance of essential Christian activities; to cultivate the Christian life of men through study, worship, fellowship and service; to enlist un-churched men for fellowship in and service through the Church and bring unsaved men into vital relations with God in Christ through personal commitment to Him; to inspire men to support the total program of the Church in the local congregations, community and the State. Finally, our vision is to carry out the mission of the Laymen and our Convention President as well as our local Pastor and to build Healthy relationships with the Pastors and to be on one accord in Gods name.

Description: The Ushers and Nurses Ministry of the California State Baptist Convention, Inc. are here to welcome you to all CSBC, Inc. services. We set the tone for worship, by extending a genuine greeting, smile and handshake to those attending. We assist members and guests with seating and we are always on alert for those who need assistance or who have special needs. We identify any distractions or emergencies and we facilitate the offering at each service when the convention is in session.
